I'm a professional, Shropshire-based, editorial photographer and writer with a particular interest in nature and the inland waterways. I've worked in these sectors for many years, and during that time, my work has been published in many magazines and on numerous websites covering a wide range of associated subjects.
Due to the climate emergency we all face, I endeavour to cover environmental, green energy, nature, and conservation subjects, particularly when associated with the waterways. To this end I specialise in covering sustainable boating subjects - particularly electric propulsion.
Much of my work is offered as stock photography on this website however, I also carry out commercial commissions with images supplied via WeTransfer or downloaded directly from this website.
In addition I also blog for a number of commercial clients and maintain a blog on this site.
Clients include Towpath Talk, Bird Watching, Waterways World, Metro.co.uk, The Daily Mail, SWNS, the Canal and River Trust and proud to be working with the British Trust for Ornithology. The BBC has also used my work within its Countryfile program, The Ramblers Association, Vine House Farm, Drifters Waterways, and many others have also used my images.
